As Golden Horizon Fund current key investment project, we are deeply involved in the development and future operation of a serviced student apartment complex in central Braga, through our partnership with the local professional property management company, Golden Beach. This project not only reflects our commitment to enhancing urban educational infrastructure, but also demonstrates our capabilities and strategic vision in building long-term, operational assets with our management partners

The project is located in São Vítor , Braga-near the University of Braga and essential daily facilities right in the heart of the city student residential zone.
